Howell's Heating & AC Fabrication Shop

At Howell's, we have a 9,000 square foot facility, in which we specialize in the manufacturing of insulated and un-insulated HVAC ductwork and fittings. Our shop crew have over 50 years of fabrication experience and are capable of providing our customers with standard and special order duct projects.     With our state-of-the-art coil line, we can produce over 300 feet of metal duct, up to 22 gauge, in one hour. With our computer controlled coil line, we can produce precision ductwork quicker and more  efficiently with the best edges in the industry, making installation in the field easier and faster. And, we can cut 300 inches of sheet metal fittings in one minute with our computerized Vulcan Plasma Cutter. We can fabricate sheet metal from 26 gauge up to 16 gauge welded duct. Our state-of-the-art facility also includes a Roto-Die™ Hydraulic Break, a 10 foot manual break machine, a Snap Lock™ machine, Pittsburgh machine, a Grip Nailer and Duct Liner station, and a powered shear machine.  . Our shop is designed with versatility and production in mind. We have the ability to convert your drawings or concept and turn it into reality. The Vulcan Plasma Cutter's computer software allows us the versatility to make any fitting with a push of a button. We have stored 15,000 different sheet metal fitting designs into the Vulcan's software. So if you need it, we can make it!
