Commercial Department

The Commercial Department of Howell's Heating & Air Conditioning consists of three sales engineers, one field supervisor, one contract administrator, and eleven field crews. We have been doing a wide range of commercial design build, plan & spec work in central Virginia since 1970. New and renovation projects include restaurant work, retail stores, grocery stores, schools, motels, and hotels. The Commercial Department is fully computerized. Howell's sales engineers use computers to design system layouts and our on-site fabrication shop uses computers to produce metal and fiberglass duct work and fittings. Our service staff can provide preventative and full service maintenance for the life of the building. Our objective is not to simply get jobs, but to develop customers. Many of our clients have been repeat customers over the years and that is something we have learned not to take lightly.
